We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Determine product demand and customer awareness
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Create quarterly marketing schedule with work assignments to our design and writing team
- Segment clients and prospects for appropriate messages
- Create and maintain training materials
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Create print materials for customer direct mail campaigns
- Hold meetings to assess team support for directives
- Plan customer and team events
- Schedule all marketing efforts
- Monitor and improve website
- Strengthen brand recognition and use
- Create videos and podcasts
- Manage AdWords
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
- University degree in marketing or communications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SEO, Social Media Management, Photoshop, AdWords and WordPress
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Video production capabilities would be a plus
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- AdWords certification a DEFINITE PLUS
