Plugin licensing (if required) will be billed at time of updates. Theme updates are often required to ensure correct usability and will be invoiced separately when they are required.
We are happy to provide FTP access, but please keep in mind that if an error occurs and backup restoration is required, there are fees for backup restoration.
Updates to customized plugins are NOT included in the WP3 program. These updates will be billed hourly.
Changes made to the site by outside sources that cause file corruption are billable. (Unless you have a wFC maintenance plan in place.) These sources include (but are not limited to) damages caused by hackers, compromised FTP access, client employee negligence or intentional disruption, or other questionable access methods.
Theme updates are not included in the wp3 program. These are time intensive and could necessitate a redesign.
