The best times to post vary slightly on a business by business basis. However, there is some solid data on when the optimal times you should be posting to get the best ROI on your content. Facebook – Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9 AM, 1-3 PM
Twitter – Weekdays 12 PM – 5 PM
LinkedIn – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7-8 AM, 12 PM, 5-6 PM
Pinterest – Saturday & Sunday 2PM, 9PM
Instagram – Monday & Thursday 8-9 AM, 5-7 PM
