This is dependent on your digital marketing program, what services you’re utilizing, and your goalsFor example, we can have a Google Ads campaign up tomorrow that starts making an impact within a week if your goal is exposure. If you’re building up search rankings to drive leads or online sales with SEO, that will take a bit longer and depend on other factors like competition. Read about the SEO Process
WebsitesAmount of content, functionalities, ecommerce integration, and more all contribute to site costs. Schedule a call or Request a Quote so we can gather more information, and appropriately price out your websiteHostingThis is dependent on if you’re going with a WP3 plan or a basic hosting plan. Generally, our hosting is more expensive than a “big box” hosting company because we proactively manage the hosting and keep our client’s data secure.Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Mgmt./Ads, Google/Bing Ads, etc.)Completely dependent on services utilized and goals. Schedule a meeting with us or request a quote
We might be a little bit biased, but it is absolutely worth it, and a great investment.Consider this scenario:You’re a business and you sell a product or service for $500.You hire a digital marketing company and pay them $1500/month.Over the course of one year (varies), your business has more visibility online from digital marketing efforts. The business goes from selling or setting a booking for 1-2 products/services per month to 4-6. You could look at this as $500-$1000/month generated, to $2000-$3000/month. This more than covers costs, and generates a return on your investment. We’ve generated ROI like this time and time again for clients. See our client result examples.

You can be as involved as you’d like!

Typically some email exchange and a periodic Zoom call are all we request of our clients. We try to be an extension of your business and take this off your plate as much as you’d like us to

We’ll reach out and check in regularly to keep you updated. Along with that we may request information or feedback on business performance that can be helpful to gauge the true success of our campaign

Yes! We now create reports that update in real-time and are accessible online

We will build that out, tailor it to your liking, and keep in touch regularly with updates and check-ins

With an online report and regular updates/check-in’s, you’ll always be in the loop with progress

We’ll let you know what we’re targeting, trends we’re seeing, improvements we’ve made, and more. Ultimately our goal is for you to see progress through online sales or leads

This depends on many factors: functionalities of the website, if e-commerce is being integrated, responsiveness to questions and content requests, how much content is on the site, and more

Typically a site without e-commerce can be turned around in 1-2 months

A more complex site with e-commerce or other higher-level functionalities (ex: an estimating system) will take a bit longer

  • WP3 Contract signed
  • Registrar login (GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.)
  • Website login (WordPress, Joomla, MIVA, Duda, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
Once you’ve signed on for a webFEAT Complete program, we’ll send you an onboarding form to learn more about your business, acquire login credentials, goals, and more. Then we’ll begin to review, research, and ramp up!

We charge to create, update, and manage your ads. Then with each platform, we’ll put a card of your choice on file for direct billing. We’ll set a budget that you won’t go over.

For social media, campaigns usually start at $10 per day. Google Display ads can be as low as $2 per day. Google Search Text ads we recommend starting with a minimum of $20 per day.

Actual budget is determined on a case-by-case basis. Ad type, competition, location targeting and more play a role in making a budget decision. Ultimately we want to do what will drive as much ROI as possible.

We accept ACH, Checks, Credit Cards, and more.

With our hosting—if you ever have trouble you can speak directly with one of our technical representatives. We get issues solved quickly, and keep you in the loop. We have our own servers, virtual backups, and a wealth of experience managing websites and email. We also resolve hacking issues anytime they arise (and it’s on us to fix if you’re on a WP3 plan).

You can expect secure, reliable hosting service with quality customer support. With big box providers, you won’t have a direct contact, you’re charged for every little thing, and if you have site troubles it may not get fixed quickly.

This is dependent on what you’re looking for specifically, but you should look for and ask about a few things:

  • Good reviews and client testimonials-a company that you can trust
  • Certifications
  • Experience
  • Contracts shouldn’t be more than 1 year
  • You should always be the owner of your website and domain
  • If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. SEO for $250/month is likely a scam

We often hear about companies signing on clients, then not being as responsive and attentive. It’s terrible to hear of these situations, and this industry does not deserve to have a bad reputation. We encourage you to do your research, and make a confident decision!

If you look at our track record, we think you could argue we’re one of the best out there for website design, hosting, and digital marketing. Thank you for considering webFEAT Complete!

A digital marketing agency can do a lot of things.

For example, at webFEAT we design and host websites, and then market them as well with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management, etc.

If you’re curious about SEO specifically-SEO agencies work to improve your positioning in the search results. So if someone searches for a product or service you offer, you come up at the top, and in relevant listing.

The goal of this is often exposure, increasing leads, and/or increasing revenue.

These terms are used pretty interchangeably, but typically when “developer” is involved, more complex functionalities are involved.

For example, we might have a developer work on an ecommerce website, that has to tie into other financial/shipping systems. Whereas a website designer might just do basic websites, with minimal integrations. Something like a website that just has home, about us, a few service pages, a contact us page with a form.

At webFEAT, we have designers, developers, and digital marketers.
